GEORGE TOWN: Penang Hospital has appealed to the next-of-kin of two dead people to come forward and claim their bodies from the Forensic Medical Department of the hospital.
Penang Hospital director Dr Yasmin Sulaiman said in a statement today
that the two bodies, that of a man and woman, has not been claimed by
their families or next-of-kin since two weeks.
The last known address of the dead woman, identified as Zarina Beevi
Naina Mohamad, 41, who died on July 4, was Blok E-G-9, Rifle Range Flat,
George Town while the dead man was only known as Teo, a Myanmar
national who died on June 10.
The hospital said in the statement that efforts to identify the families of the dead had been futile. -- BERNAMA
