"The main objective of the ISAC is to evaluate civil servants on foundation and advanced ICT knowledge and also their ICT skills in the area of communication and productivity tools," he said.
Six disabled employees sat for the two-hour assessment and they passed with flying colours.
Nur Fadliana Arshukri, 26 from Perak and her sister Nursyafawati Arshukri, 23 are among the candidates that have passed the assessment.
"We are so proud with ourselves and we proved to others that even though we are disabled, we still can be independent and do things ourselves," said Fadliana who took part in the Judo for the Blind World Championship 2007 in Brazil.
"We are grateful to have the support of our loved ones. My advice to people like us is to never give up, but take every obstacle in life as a challenge, " said Nursyafawati with a smile.
